Hey, @Singlesourceror, people have DM'd (legit verb?) me to ask how @budget is helping resolve your travel woes of last week. For those new to the topic, flat tire (wrecked), no spare, and 6+ hrs of sitting and waiting. Missed flights, +hotel nights, etc for the lack of a spare!

@aschwanden4stc @Budget We are talking to the @BudgetATL senior manager now. He has been responsive. He is pulling together the dialog from the various call sites we had to speak with to get back on the road. I'll let you know what they come back with,

@aschwanden4stc @Budget Just found out 20 minutes ago. After 4.5 hours of waiting that no tow truck was dispatched and that I would have to wait on hold with them to get one sent.

Update. The team is stuck overnight. So, uh, yeah... Guess the family brunch tomorrow after a month of both travelling is off. Maybe @budget can cover hotels and flight reorg too. #Unbelievable to not put the spare in a #rental car.

Question for @Budget from Columbus GA. My wife is in a vehicle rented from you. Flat tire. No spare?! Why? Now she may miss her flight home. Will you pay fees? Or let her rent from another agency and leave the mess for you? Who rents without the spare tire?
