Our Candidate For 2027 is President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In view of recent political events, it has become necessary and expedient for us, Ambassadors Designate Chief Femi Fani-Kayode and Mr. Bemigho Reno Omokri, to state categorically that we believe it is in the best interest of the stability, unity, and prosperity of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and in keeping with the Gentleman's Agreement, which ushered in our Fourth Republic in 1999, after sixteen years of turbulence and political instability, for there to be a balanced and orderly rotation of power in Nigeria, between the North and the South. We further affirm that, having completed and made full and unfettered use of two terms of four years, under the Muhammadu Buhari administration, Northern Nigeria, with the support of patriots from Southern Nigeria, had its full, uninterrupted, and undisturbed tenure in this power rotation arrangement. And that, after that tenure, it is the turn of Southern Nigeria to take and retain the baton of power for a commensurate period of time, to wit, two terms of four years each. As such, we view it as unpatriotic and inimical to the unity, equilibrium, and progress of Nigeria for anyone to even conceive of power returning to Northern Nigeria after only one term of four years, during which it was domiciled in Southern Nigeria. And not just in Southern Nigeria, but in the specific hands of the man who was the chief architect for the return of power to the North in 2015. We are of the opinion that one good turn deserves another and that one good term deserves another. Therefore, we make bold to state that our candidate and choice for the 2027 Presidential Elections is His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, who has, in the last three years, delivered 12 cycles of GDP growth and trade surpluses, while adding $67 billion to our economy and making Nigeria the sixth largest contributor to global GDP growth in 2025. We urge the political class, to note that the reason Switzerland has been stable, peaceful, and prosperous for the last 211 years is because that Alpine nation wisely introduced power sharing amongst its multiethnic population and has not seen any conflict since 1815, and particularly since 1848 when its power-sharing policy took root. Finally, we call on all Nigerians, irrespective of region, religion, and communion, to join us and queue behind the present Presidency and future candidacy of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Renewed Hope Agenda, which has seen infrastructural efforts to unite Nigeria, including the ₦15 trillion 750-kilometre Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, the ₦13 trillion 1068-kilometre Illela-Sokoto-Badagry Superhighway, and bridging the gap between the Southeast and the entire North through the 465-kilometre Trans-Saharan Road being constructed at a cost of an estimated $750 million. If we all extend the right hand of fellowship to President Bola Tinubu, we will, with the help of God, collectively see Nigeria become a $1 trillion economy by 2031. To re-elect President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a task that must be done! May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and may Nigeria prosper under President Bola Tinubu. Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, Ambassador Designate to South Africa, Mr. Bemigho Reno Omokri, Ambassador-Designate to Mexico.

This is why no one should be arrested on the orders or influence of @UBAgroup Chair @TonyOElumelu. He is a public figure, and a billionaire content creator and the Nigeria Police Force @policeng has no right to detain anyone on his behalf over expression. Mr. @TonyOElumelu knows very well that it is only in Nigeria that police connections are routinely used to violate citizens’ rights. Across the world, public figures are scrutinized and criticized, sometimes harshly. @elonmusk had his private jet tracked for years by a Florida-based teenager, @jackfsweeney yet no law enforcement agency illegally detained the individual. Public Figures like @BillClinton, @BarackObama , @MichelleObama, and @TonyBlair (who are friends with @TonyOElumelu) are constantly subjected to criticism and unflattering commentary, but no police force would entertain arresting citizens on their behalf for such reasons. Only in Nigeria would a billionaire public figure and I maintain “content creator”attempt to use a compromised police system to detain other content creators for expressing unflattering views. This must be rejected outright, freedom of expression is not a crime. Only in Nigeria! #AACOurParty x.com/dammiedammie35…

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but no sitting governor in Nigeria, as of today, opposes the reelection of President @officialABAT, even in the South-East states where virtue signalling is practically a religion. This shows that the power to effect political change rests fully in the hands of the electorate. Voter apathy remains a potent threat to democracy, and you have ample time to play your part by participating. Take personal responsibility and stop blaming others. 🪴

At a time when Islamophobia is gaining ground in this country with full force, Pope Leo, the global leader of the Catholic Church, has shown extraordinary leadership and moral clarity. During his current visit to Turkey, he took the opportunity to visit Istanbul’s Blue Mosque, where he removed his shoes as a sign of respect, while sending a clear, powerful message of unity, understanding and interfaith harmony.

I have observed that my message about a curse affecting the chances of the Igbos for their presidential ambition has been grossly misunderstood and misinterpreted. In some quarters, it’s been perceived as my hatred for the tribe and my support for the current administration. It’s important for me to clarify that there has never been a time when my messages or prophecies expressed my hatred for any tribe for whatever reason. I love everyone regardless of their tribe, and this is why my church has a mixture of several tribes and ethnic groups, because we don’t segregate; we treat everyone respectfully, regardless of what they represent. My statement about the Igbo curse is more of a solution towards getting the presidency than what it’s been perceived to be. I issue warnings to people most of the time, and these warnings, if well followed, will definitely provide solutions to whatever problems it was issued for. I am not against Igbo presidency, and this is why I shared the secret of cleansing the tribe of the curse that has been blocking their progress regarding presidency. What should come after that are questions on how to take off the curse in preparation for the 2027 presidential election, but the wrong steps are being taken. God has sent me to deliver his message; he has also provided a solution for them to get a chance at the presidency; it’s left for them to either follow or reject it.

We Are Finished! I join millions of Nigerians in extending warm, though belated, birthday wishes to Her Excellency, Mrs. Margaret Obi. May the Almighty, who has preserved and guided you thus far, continue to grant you strength, good health, joy, and many more years of fruitful living. Yet, I cannot help but reflect on the irony that has played out before our very eyes. Your husband, a man who prides himself on values and moral uprightness, had no qualms about publicly wishing another man’s wife a happy birthday. But when it came to you, his own wife, his supposed partner, the mother of his children, he could not find the courage to do the same on the same social platforms he so freely uses. Why is that? Is it because he fears that mentioning your actual age will spark uncomfortable conversations about the circumstances surrounding your marriage? Or, perhaps, is it because he cannot afford the world scrutinizing details he would rather keep hidden? There are even whispers that the two of you may have long gone your separate ways, and that he only needed you to resurface and stand by his side in 2022 to polish his image and bolster his Presidential ambition. A closer look at his TL activities on 9 September 2025 raises the question of who he might have spent his short leave from engagements with. On the outside, your husband presents himself as a noble man, a selfless leader who places the people above himself. But behind the façade, beyond the well-rehearsed rhetoric, what evidence is there to show? He boasts endlessly about his so-called achievements as a governor, yet, when Nigerians look closely, there is little, if anything, to verify. Margaret Obi, please, go and verify. Mrs. Tinubu was right when she said that education remains the most enduring gift any nation can give its people. Yet, how can a man who is supposedly proud of his educational journey fail to present his bachelor’s degree certificate to INEC, relying instead on a NECO result? What example does this set for millions of young Nigerians who look up to leaders for inspiration? If education truly is the bedrock of progress, then what does it mean when the very people aspiring to lead cannot stand firmly on their own academic credentials? Nigeria will not rise on the backs of empty promises, half-truths, and carefully staged social media performances. It will not rise on the wings of nonentities who thrive on noise but deliver nothing of substance. This nation will only rise on the strength of sound minds. Minds shaped in classrooms, stretched in debates, and nourished in libraries. That is the soil from which true leadership grows. Until then, the sad truth remains: we are finished. – OO
