@nalamotu Ofcourse Tadepalli land records are super messy since a century. So saddening to see encroachments over canal's irrigation lands ( and yet govts recognizing objectionable encroachments ) and Bund which is 120 feet was occupied, built houses and narrowed it down to mere 30-40 feet

@nalamotu Academically I'm curious to know, How and When does a GP land becomes a GD? Survey Nos 223 & 226 are recorded as Govt Poramboke and as Railway land during 1904 Resettlement Survey (RSR) And Google Earth imaging across decades show no agricultural activity. Is he being misguided?

@Aptwincities If the operational capacities are low, the grid argument is weakened. ( ofcourse bad for investment or infrastructure). I think AP should move quickly on SMR. Its cleanest sustainable energy. Probably 300MW costs less than 10k crores.

@SkandaMurthy85 Operational capacity is very low, less than 500MW even in mumbai. we can’t have 3/4GW in any single place yet, new to india. our state usage is only 10/12GW now. And look at maps in vedas/sac/gov/in. Solar/wind supply is more in west coast.

@Aptwincities Sure, true. DC concentration is one thing and redundancy is another. Google has a policy of having redundancy within 100 kms. Technically, at least 2 DC facilities. DC concentration is very advantageous especially when there is a CLS facility. DCs cross connect with each other

@wasabi_5555 It’s not their fault. In our system, outcomes often depend on who walks into the office rather than the merit of the case. Ideally, Planning Department of CRDA should have proactively surveyed this 5-cent land and either granted exemption or applied the NSP scheme automatically.

ఇది ఇవాల్టి ఈనాడు వార్త. ఇప్పుడీ ఫ్యాక్ట్ చెక్ బాధ్యులు (@FactCheckAPGov), వాళ్ల చేత ఫాల్స్ వివరణ ఇప్పించిన సిఆర్డీఏ పెద్దలు తలకాయలు ఎక్కడ పెట్టుకుంటారు? “ఆసరా లేని కుటుంబం దగ్గర 5 సెంట్లు ఇంటి భూమిని సేకరణ కింద తీసుకున్నారు, వాళ్లకి ప్రత్యామ్నాయం ఇవ్వటం లేదని అంటే” misleading అని బుకాయించారు. ఇప్పుడు కోర్టులో ప్లేటు ఫిరాయించారు. శుక్రవారం నాడు కోర్టులో '5 సెంట్ల భూమికి బదులుగా మరోచోట భూమి ఇచ్చేందుకు అధికారులు చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నారు' అని సిఆర్డీఏ తరఫు న్యాయవాది కోర్టుకి చెప్పారు. నేను నా వీడియోలో చెప్పిందీ అదే ముక్క కదా - ఆ కుటుంబానికి ప్రత్యామ్నాయం చూపకుండా రోడ్డున పడేయకూడదని! 5 సెంట్ల భూమి ఆమెది కాకపోతే, ఆమె కుటుంబానికి ప్రత్యామ్నాయం ఇవ్వాల్సిన అవసరమే లేకపోతే కోర్టుకి ఇప్పుడిలా ఎందుకు చెప్పినట్టు? ఫ్యాక్ట్ చెక్ లో సిఆర్డీఏ మాయాజాలం చేస్తే, దానికి కొంతమంది తెలిసీతెలియక వంతపాాడారు. ఇప్పుడు కోర్టు మొట్టికాయలు వేశాక, సిఆర్డీఏ వాళ్లు నిజాలు ఒప్పుకున్నారు. దీన్నిబట్టి ఎవరి క్రెడిబిలిటి ఏంటి అనేది అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు.

Inorder for a pvt patta land to be converted as river, a proper river survey as per to RC Act has to be done. For, nadhee paatham, AP Survey & Boundaries Act 1923 has to be followed and keep pvt ownership intact unless relinquished
