For the crowd that is saying Flyers wont qualify Samuel Ersson… hate to say it, why would Flyers just give away at least a 3rd round pick for free? It’s an asset and they will not just let an asset like that go for nothing. #LetsGoFlyers

While all this Flyers backup goalie talk is nice, there is a big wrinkle to it… Samuel Ersson will get a $1.6M qualifying offer. If a team wanted him, would cost at least a 3rd round pick. It would become a 2nd if above $2.3M offer. So PHI may be stuck with him. #LetsGoFlyers

Asked after @NHLFlyers recent good form (6-3-1, .650, in last 10)... what will take for play-offs from here over final 16 games? Probably 98 pts So 11-3-2... .750 And that would be 50:50 or so... Their odds have HEAVILY reduced over last 10 games, from ~10% to ~4%. #Flyers

@Natehawk1688 I think that single question - Lawrence or Malhotra - will become one of the big storylines from this class Teammates next season, both bring different impacts, it’s an impossible duo to juggle I truly don’t know which side CHI would lean towards. But both are great players

Been told there has been interest in Deslauriers, but so far no firm offer. Gotta think it would be from a team with a younger roster looking for some on-ice protection in games down the stretch when things get a bit nastier than usual.

In speaking with a number of different clubs this morning it is clear the plan b's and c's are moving closer to fruition. Lesser discussed players expected to move @Canucks Evander Kane and @NHLFlyers Nicolas Deslauriers. Buyers need cap relief as cap space is so tight to pull the trigger is a common phrase this morning.

Don’t care. My son lives there and my WPS rep got me free tickets, and it’s a triple crown. You need to peel the layers off of that city to see some amazing architecture, Industrial Revolution history and the rock n roll hall of fame which is right next door to the stadium. Also home to an amazing theater culture as they get the larger plays that just get off of broadway. Oh, and the Polish Boy sandwich. Look that heart attack up. Go a day or 2 early and check it out, just stay in the right neighborhood!😅
