Amazon Fresh accepted, invoiced, and confirmed an order for “Pack of 12” Qty 3, yet delivered only 3 notebooks. Support later offered ₹150 refund after changing the same Pack of 12 price from ₹50 to ₹530. I expect Amazon to honor the confirmed order. @AmazonHelp @amazonIN

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp Ordered “Classmate Long Notebook (Pack of 12)” from Amazon Fresh. Invoice clearly shows Pack of 12 with Qty 3, and Amazon support also confirmed it means 36 notebooks. However, only 3 notebooks were delivered.
Even now the listing still shows “Pack of 12”.
