@monainpublic @BootsUK NEVER deal with Boots via twitter. There are many fake customer service copies happily trying to refund you whilst stealing your details and money.

@BenGrahamUK In our modest Tesco express they have 44 different brands of Easter eggs. Seems like half the shop. Only two brands had the word 'Easter' on the box. It's not just Cadburys.

@BootsUK Thank you for confirming it is being looked into. I am incredibly disappointed at how this order has been handled and how slow it has been to even get confirmation that it is being looked into, not good enough for a company as big as Boots.

@BootsUK As I said yesterday it won't send any DM I try to send, hence your colleague giving email address. I sent email and no reply! Next day delivery order despatched on 7th and being told not going to be delivered till 14th. Not acceptable for next day delivery!!!
