The ongoing litigation against the Trump administration seeking to block them from rennovating East Potomac is expected to continue, a source involved in the litigation tells me. The DC Preservation League and Democracy Forward are suing the Trump administration to block it from redoing East Po. "For months, the administration has said over and over again that it had no plan for redesigning East Potomac. This agreement lays bare the administration’s plan to destroy East Potomac and build a professional-style course on its ruins. There is still active litigation that will continue," the source said.

News: NLT and the Trump Administration agree on a major deal on DC’s golf courses. NLT will retain control of Rock Creek Park Golf, as NOTUS first reported last week, and Langston. The admin will take over East Potomac and renovate it
