
About 17 phone calls in with debacle. I've been assured at least 3 times that it's been taken care of in different ways. Each representative has a different story than the one before. Do better @UnitedHealthGrp. My 70 y/o mom shouldn't suffer at the hands of corporate mayhem.

@UnitedHealthGrp owns both @UHC and @OptumRx but after a medicine mix up by @OptumRx they both blame each other for my mom not having her meds two weeks later. I was promised a call back more than 2 hours ago, yet here we still are!
