ICE take 10 year old boy to court to deport him—all alone without even a lawyer.
He urinated on himself and wet all his clothing—no one offered him a change for many hours.
"I was scared because it was my first time in court," he said.
Separated from his mom for 4 months now after she was detained during a traffic stop.
Wilfredo and his mother are originally from Venezuela with a pending asylum case.
ICE is now trying to deport him alone without legal representation to Ecuador—a country he's never been to and does not know a single person.
He is temporarily staying with his mom's former boss in Houston, Texas.

Federal law prohibits armed federal agents from being deployed at polling places and bans any conduct meant to intimidate voters. Courts have enforced these rules for decades.
What Bannon describes is textbook voter intimidation. It violates election law, civil rights law, and basic democratic norms.
There is no legal gray area here.

Horrifying and unnerving. DHS sent an administrative subpoena to Google for this retiree's records and even sent armed agents out to his house for the "offense" of writing a plea to have mercy on an asylum seeker to a federal official's email address he found via Google.

ICE agents choked a 16-year-old when they arrested him alongside his undocumented father. He filmed much of it, but ICE didn't give his phone back when he was released. He later found it in a vending machine for used electronics; suggesting an agent stole it and sold it for cash.

They sent ICE in to terrorize and attack Black and brown communities to provoke a response that would justify deploying the military domestically in Blue cities.
This has never been about immigration.

In many situations like this, the use of armed officers is 100% for show: they could have just called the guy in and arrested him at a standard check-in.
Instead, they’re deliberately sowing fear while creating propaganda for the many cameras they bring along with them.
