Unfortunately there is no footage prior to this. But he is saying he walked out in front on the road. And it would seem he was physically trying to block the bike, based on his own story, since he is saying that the actor was coming towards him on the bike, but with the bike in the middle of the street, he was obviously intentionally blocking the bike and refusing to move. Then after all that, he still gets physical first. I have absolutely no problem with someone getting physical there in response. It's not like there were any life threatening injuries, he got a beating for getting physical. If this guy wants to provide context to show he wasn't in the wrong, I'd start with the numerous videos claimed that would show him "speeding through the neighborhood". But better yet, they could have sent those videos to the police if they were recklessly driving through residential areas. But I'm seeing way too many people who are going beyond their authority, feeling untouchable for whatever reason, trying to enforce what they believe is right. If he posts the "speeding" videos and it is anything other than unacceptable speeds where someone is actually likely to get hurt, then I would think he deserved the few hits he got.
