Our old friend 'Southside Fridge' appears to have taken up permanent residence. Last highlighted to @Edinburgh_CC on July 1st and still holding in there this morning.

Sciennes looking its... Well, the photo speaks for itself and its pretty much been like for about a week now @Edinburgh_CC.

Bruntsfield a bit bruised this morning. Some of this stuff has been there for well over a month now, @Edinburgh_CC. Others, as can be seen, residents have now had to drag away from the hub.

While some residents reported bins not being collected (again) yesterday, others in Marchmont were left with this health "issue" to deal with after they were: Every member of the T&E Committee's been directly e-mailed this X account. So, what's the justification @Edinburgh_CC?

A mysterious council van was spotted making off with the mysterious dumped TV of July 10th. We'd like to reassure residents this appears to be an isolated incident - 12 other Marchmont hubs nearby being left untouched. Phew! Any explanation @Edinburgh_CC? 12 photos:

@edinhelp @Edinburgh_CC Hi again, If you could just explain why this isn't being dealt with by @Edinburgh_CC's own crews? Possibly also why when residents raised concerns these hubs would become dumping grounds they were dismissed and told the hubs wouldn't be allowed to? Thanks.

TV mystery comes to Marchmont: How can the same dumped TV and 'remote' possibly move from one hub this morning to another at the opposite end of the street this afternoon? 🤔 Perhaps it was thought the dumped TV stand still there since July 2nd needed company @Edinburgh_CC?

@edinhelp @Edinburgh_CC Apologies, ECH. SMAG don't report as we'd end up doing nothing else; we highlight problems with the bin hub programme. Could you possibly explain why when these hubs are visited every day by crews (supposedly) it hasn't been dealt with or reported?

City-Scope has been redesigned across the board. I've been working away at polishing the existing features and completely overhauling the look and feel of the site. Most features are still the same fundamentally but hopefully feel much more enjoyable to use. East Lothian planning-updates now live too

No hiding place for Bruntsfiled milk thieves. Determined not to let the miscreant off lightly, @Edinburgh_CC has decided to leave the abandoned fridge in place until what was taken is replaced (as per the clear requirements of the sign on it.) it's now July 1st and counting.

Finally, after a fortnight (yes, you read that correctly only a fortnight!) a hub in Sciennes has an abandoned microwave and tv stand removed. June 24th to July 7th, @Edinburgh_CC. Claimed by the council to have been visited by crews daily, apparently.

Now that the Kings Theatre works are coming to a close that area of South Meadows becomes that more visible to all... unfortunately? One hub. One week. One set of residents lived experience at the hands of @Edinburgh_CC. Visited every day by its crews (supposedly).
