Lithuanian here. So the story is: she went to a skiing place in Vilnius, paid for the tickets, and then started chimping out because she suddenly realized they were 'expensive', so she wanted a refund. The staff refused, and she raised hell. One of the tellers had a panic attack, so she started making fun of the poor woman and filming her. Meanwhile, her kid, who had started crying hysterically upon seeing his mom chimp out, was being consoled by the other employees. And now she is unsurprisingly crying racism and playing the victim. That's just how it goes with them.
