Im appalled but the dismal customer service I’ve received from @Xfinity. When their tech, Jay, arrived in a seemingly bad mood after keeping me waiting an hour and half- there was no pleasantries. He blamed me for the problem, offered no solution and stormed out after 45 sec.

After going through some options, he suggested I switch my plan to use Xfinity’s equipment which would change my plan and increase my bill. I calmly explained I wasn’t giving Xfinity any more money until there was a clear identification of the problem.

He angrily and dismissively says with his back to me that he’ll have his supervisor call.

To @xfinity’s credit, his supervisor, Paul, did call very quickly. After I, clearly upset, but still pointed and controlled, told him what transpired, he employed all his trained deescalation skills to try to manage me.
