@CDLWesteros Double elim tourney.. all teams should have to lose the same amount of times to be eliminated. Shouldn’t have anyone losing 1 match and being eliminated. Aka When ye competes in a double elim tourney ye should be unhorsed twice to officially lose.

🚨 NEWS FROM THE REALM Many fans in the realm are calling for a format change due to claims of the House that goes through the winner’s bracket seemingly having no real advantage. One side, however, claims these criticisms only exist now due to the Knights of the Green Wall falling short of victory again despite being in winner’s bracket. Claims of momentum advantage for any House going through the elimination bracket have been brought forth. There are verbal attacks on those from and against the Green Wall, namely fans of The Parisian Court and especially fans of the Knights of the FaZe as these criticisms were not there when the Knights of the FaZe had for the year of the Vanguard. A dark aura of drama seems to have befallen the community as of late.

Drazah is now an 8x champion and joins Envoy as the only two players who have won a championship in the last 5 COD titles (VG, MWII, MWIII, BO6, BO7). He also passes ZooMaa and Attach in championships won for FaZe. No player has won more championships in the last 5 years than Drazah (8)

For the last few years we've seen this time and again with the CDL format Winners, almost always lose in grand finals idc if its OpTic, Surge, FaZe, whoever, this format is fucking ass

@plebCZN Faze played GREAT. Format should still 100% be changed. How can it be called a double elim tourney when one of the losing teams only lost 1 time

FaZe didn't win because of bracket cheese. They played lights out. That's why they won. It's important to remember that when saying the format should change going forward.

@BuckeyeeeB @FDSportsbook There was no timeout in which he would have been able to say it. Maybe yell it from the sideline? Players at that level have no excuse to not see the time left and have a brain to know what to do. That’s age 14 level stuff. Horrible all around. Surely not all on anyone.

@LokdSnur @CDLDramaCentral @dtsay56 I could see the best of 9 being alright. 7 is tough tho. Major 1 Optic won the map count vs Paris 6-4 (cuz of earlier 3-0) and still lost. Faze was better today. They at least tied the total map count vs Optic 4-4.

Also last year EWC's $1.8 mil counts as a major, the pros words not mine argue with them
