@Aa_Agarwl @just_snabbit There seems to be a bug in the app. If you purchase a starter pack of three 1-hour services at 150 each and then separately book a 2hour service at 150, one 1-hour service from your pack of three automatically gets deducted, even you haven't used it.

@just_snabbit using this app for the first time and booked an expert. The expert didn’t arrive. I called and her husband picked up. She didn’t have the rgst phone. She couldn’t enter my society. I canceled the service and my hours were deducted, even app said free cancellation.

@SnabbitCares _ often, the cleaning specialist assigned to a customer, calls and asks for the booking to be cancelled. I asked why they don't cancel the booking, to which they say that money will be deducted if they cancel the assignment. This needs to be addressed.

@just_snabbit Don't be fooled by this company's claims of sending their expert at the right time. I booked one and had to reschedule thrice and so far the expert did not turn up but their app shows as if the expert reported well in advance. 2. The customer support is the most useless one and it repeatedly asks me to contact customer support. No where in the app any number is given. Only option is to talk to the chatbot. Sometimes, an actual human being calls you but it is at their own discretion. 3. I live in Journalists Colony phase 3 in Gopanpally of Hyderabad.

@just_snabbit Booked a helper twice. Both times the same helper called, refused to come, and asked me to cancel. Now only 1 of my 3 helper slots is left in Habit pack because of cancellations caused by the helper. Please restore my missing slots and fix this issue ASAP.
