@Aa_Agarwl hello Sir, I had reported theft and harrassment by one of the Snabbit worker. I am surprised to see my account being locked whereas action should have been taken against the miscreants. Management is into wrong hands and will ruin this great initiative. Pls help.

@makemytrip I have availed a trip with MMT and all information shared by the sales executive while booking the trip was incorrect. My tour is spoiled. Customer care desk is not helping, tour guide says he is not the right person and the sales executive is still lying. Pls help

@makemytripcare Dedicated team?They are insensitive & least bothered about customer service. Just like a parrot they would repeat the same statement over and over again and test your patience. Pls have someone who can offer help. I spoke to Richa Gaur, she is the most hopeless I have come across
@Rajesh_Magow Sir, I used MMT service for a Sikkim trip. I was misguided and my trip didn't go as planned. Had reached out for help to @makemytrip and customer care but there is no solution to offer. Escalation desk is equally hopeless. My hard earned money is wasted. Pls help
