Caitlin Clark did not get worse. Stephanie White is trying to force her to play a style she is not optimized in and it impacts her negatively. She doesn’t know how to coach a player like this so she tries to change her instead.

In other words, Caitlin Clark stopped running Stephanie White’s boring motion offense, and she looks like the best player in the league yesterday. She’s a read and react not motion offense style player and always has been.

it would’ve also put her officially above alyssa thomas for apg and she would be leading the league rn. if they do not fix it in a week the wnba is tampering to diminish caitlin clark and we should not trust one box score of theirs

For some reason, two clear-cut assists by Caitlin Clark were not counted vs the Mystics, robbing her of a historic accomplishment.
The WNBA needs to do the right thing and give Clark these assists.
