Guys, you definitely need to check out what @GeorgeRoseMedia is building right now. The original idea was simple: bring together the best Creative Strategists and the biggest brand owners in one place, where everyone shares real value instead of competing. What it’s becoming is something much bigger. Every single day, people inside the Discord are making new connections, landing opportunities, finding partners, getting feedback from top operators, and leveling up faster than they could on their own. There are some insights in there I’ve never seen anywhere else lol The quality of the people joining is what makes this community so special Huge thank you to the people making this happen every day: @GeorgeRoseMedia @greyoostman @Baptouvfx @rvltnq What a time to be alive and surrounded by great people like this. MAKE ECOM GREAT AGAIN
George Rose@GeorgeRoseMedia

We now have 49 eCom brand owners doing at least $1m/month. And 48 CSs with at least $1m FB adspend. We need a lot more Creative Strategists available for hire. If you're a killer CS, or 8-9fig brand owner, DM me (DMs are open now)

After almost ten years in ecom, I can spot a winning ad in 10 seconds. I made a Miro board covering 16 lessons on creative strategy nobody talks about. Stuff like: > unaware ad structure > decoy ads > objection mapping > so much more sauce I'm giving it away for free to celebrate 1K followers. Reply to this and I'll DM it to you.

Where are the best groups where creative starts are hanging out? Discords, FB groups, email lists, bizopps, anything really.

'Those who can afford to spend the most to acquire a customer win' Yes that is true, but if you are bootstrapped you don't really have that luxury (especially in the beginning) Unfortunately you need to be so much better at creatives and landing pages than the big boys if you want to have a shot at competing Most supplement brands at scale would simply not think these numbers are possible Yet people get triggered when I say that majority of the category leaders ads are objectively mid (Gruns, IM8 etc) Of course we are shooting for higher CPA's now but this is what it took to scale so fast

Camilo Castañeda | Ad Creatives for Ecom
Question from ACL: "Does anyone know where to find yapper ads to study or have a swipe file of them?" I made and sent him the swipe fil only a couple hours after he asked, and for anyone else that wants the swipe file. Comment "swipe file" and I'll send it to you!

🚨 @risdom_ Lin scammed me of $1500 for creative strategy work 🚨 Here's exactly what happened: ✅ We signed a contract for a 14-day paid trial worth $1,500 ✅ I delivered 19 scripts within those 14 days — every single deliverable met ✅ The bottleneck was never my work. There were no video editors available on his end. To keep things moving, I recommended 3 editors: → 2 I had personally worked with before → 1 I had only seen on X (and I was transparent about that) He chose the cheapest one from X — the editor I'd never worked with. Unfortunately, that editor turned out to be a scammer and never delivered. Ris already knew that I had never worked with that editor and as soon as we learnt he was a scammer, I suggested hiring through Upwork so everyone would be protected. I also asked for a replacement editor so we could continue the trial properly. After that, my messages went unanswered. It's now been over a month since I delivered all agreed-upon work. When I followed up regarding payment and my invoice, I was removed from Slack. This is an ecom founder who publicly posts hiring ads promising $4,000–$5,000 per month to creative strategists. He can't pay a $1,500 invoice for work that was fully delivered and documented lol It's high time we call out scammers in the ecom space who think they can get away with such behavior hiding behind a screen After I posted on LinkedIn, I got to know @risdom_ regularly SCAMS multiple creative strategists and gets free work out of them To every creative strategist, copywriter, and video editor in this space: Do not work with scammers like Risdom Lin. Report his profile so he can't put out another FAKE hiring post and scam MORE creatives strategists. 🙏

the most expensive thing in advertising is making an ad not sound like an ad brain sees the script and the sales voice and hits scroll before the first sentence lands. that's the real cost. once it registers as marketing the message dies. yapper format skips the whole fight. you talk like a normal person explaining the problem to a friend. no performance. no fake lines. just the issue and the fix in plain words. the filter never goes up. message actually lands. that's the move.

all true but it’s actually 287k EUR which is 332k USD 🤑 all jokes aside this man and his partner spencer account for a huge part of my growth. huge s/o to them, i’ll always be grateful to them
Shaun Eng@shauneng

.@elfilosofooooo went from $50k/day to $287k/day in 6 months Bro was one of the first 5 to join Evolve 2 years back. He was doing $10k days back then Took 2 years of grinding before it clicked. Then the breakthrough hit fast ⠀ 2 things that made the difference: 1) Don't be scared to hire. Some dudes convince themselves they don't need a team yet. The money isn't there. They'll hire later. ⠀ When the time comes, it's already too late. They stay stuck, buried in tasks that don't move the needle. ⠀ Yeah, giving up control is scary at first. But you can't stay 100% focused when you're split across ten things at once. ⠀ Nicolò runs multiple businesses. To scale ecom on top of that, he needed a real team around him he could trust to do the job. ⠀ 2) Hire actual A-players. Don't cheap out on them. ⠀ Most of you think you're being smart. ⠀ Hire cheaper, get more output for the same budget. Three junior strategists instead of one senior. More volume, lower cost per creative. ⠀ Sounds logical. But you're optimizing for output, not outcomes. ⠀ Nicolò hired people who didn't need micromanaging and executed at the level he needed. That means paying top dollar for each one. ⠀ You can't scale on an army of cheap labor. Optimizing every dollar on your team is exactly what's leaving money on the table. Most Ecom bros expect their creative team to make them millions, then pay them $3k/mth Cheap hires need you on top of them 24/7. That's not a team. That's you doing the work with extra steps. If you want a business that compounds consistent $100k+ days, your team is your #1 asset. Yet another Evolve W.
