@Socky__ @TPExpressTrains Sorry to hear that, I'm not aware of any ticket acceptance in place with TPE at the moment. You would need to purchase a new ticket if this acceptance isn't in place, station staff are available to help too. ^ELT

@northernassist @TPExpressTrains Crazy how companies going to the same location can’t work together to offer alternatives to people during severe delays/bad weather, instead I have to pay £15 for a RETURN? (Which is cheaper than a single) on your slower line. Nationalise trains @TPExpressTrains @northernassist !

@northernassist Our previous train delayed us by 45 mins - we missed our @TPExpressTrains to Manchester, people were aware of delays on the platform but didn’t offer any help + let us get on your northern line which we assumed was the same (and it was the last train to Manc) -then we get charged
