@nestersan @LVpolitic It’s called Sysco slop, google it. And it’s not just pizza it’s virtually every restaurant now. I feel like this is the internets worst kept secret are there really people who don’t know about it?

Frozen pizza has got surprisingly good over the years, especially from the smaller companies making high-heat, low-time, wood fire imitation pizza. Many times better than restaurants for about 1/6 the price. That’s my current hobby, what’s the pizza frozen pizza?

@GoneAwal @LVpolitic I exaggerate ever so slightly but not much. The dough, cheese and half the toppings come in premade and frozen. Yeah they have to thaw out the dough before it goes to the line where you see them assemble it. I guarantee every major chain is this way now.

@Sodalug @LVpolitic Yeah no. Almost every pizza place you can literally sit there and watch them make it. Hell even little ceasars makes it there.

@Rothmus Once you know this you actually will never watch LOTR the same way again. You see the hints of Jackson’s bmovie schlock EVERYWHERE. just think about the sea of skulls scene in return of the king, or the ghost soldiers for that matter.

With a detransitioner winning a 2 million dollar medical malpractice settlement (which should have been 100 times higher), the total collapse of the trans movement is officially upon us. In the next few years, every Frankenstein gender butcher and perverted "medical professional" who profited off of the sexual mutilation of children will be sued into oblivion. The story should end with these mad scientists convicted in a court of law and hanging from the gallows. Instead it will end with them bankrupted and disgraced, which isn't as good but will have to be good enough. As the years pass, those who supported this madness will quietly retreat and pretend that none of this ever happened, or at least that they had no hand in it. We shouldn't let them. The trans movement will go down as the most deranged form of mass hysteria that human civilization has ever seen. We should make sure that history accurately records who went along with it and who had the courage to stand against it, even when the hysteria was at its peak and there was little to be gained, and much to lose, in doing so. The people who fell on the wrong side of this issue should never be trusted again. They should be shamed and disgraced and forced to live with the humiliation for the rest of their days. We cannot stop the rats from fleeing the ship. But we can remember their names .

Han, Chewie, and Luke facing the wrong way when the elevator doors open on the Death Star is legitimately one of the funniest bits in A New Hope. Absolutely hilarious and isn’t talked about nearly as much as it should be.

@mich_enjoyer A landline is a line from an actual telephone company. Not many areas still have them these days. What you are describing is not a landline it is VOIP. A landline will work when the power is out and does not rely on your wifi or internet.

Beginning in 2014, prestige industries decided they urgently needed to diversify. They didn’t purge established Boomers. Instead, they did everything possible to avoid hiring white millennial men. This is the story of a generation derailed by DEI. compactmag.com/article/the-lo…

Minnesota Staff Fraud Reporting Commentary
Tim Walz is 100% responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota. We let Tim Walz know of fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping fraud but no, we got the opposite response. Tim Walz systematically retaliated against whistleblowers using monitoring, threats, repression, and did his best to discredit fraud reports. Instead of partnership, we got the full weight of retaliation by Tim Walz, certain DFL members and an indifferent mainstream media. It’s scary, isolating and left us wondering who we can turn to. In addition to retaliating against whistleblower, Tim Walz disempowered the Office of the Legislative Auditor, allowing agencies to disregard their audit findings and guidance. Media and politicians supporting Tim Walz or the DFL-agenda attacked whistleblowers who were trying to raise red flags on fraudulent activities. This is a cascade of systemic failures leading up to Tim Walz. Agency leaders appointed by Tim Walz willfully disregarded rules and laws to keep fraud reports quiet - even to the extent of threatening families of whistleblowers. These same leaders are not qualified for their jobs, instead getting leadership jobs via Tim Walz’s friendship so state government were left floundering. DFL lawmakers refused to acknowledge fraud and deflected any serious conversation to stop fraud. Biased mainstream media such as WCCO and MPR showed absolutely no interest in covering fraud happening in our own state. Programs, especially in behavioral health and disability services were built without any guardrails against fraud, all in an attempt to extract more funding from legislature and the federal government. As staff, we firsthand witnessed and observed fraud happening yet we were shutdown, reassigned and told to keep quiet. Sometimes more. Leadership did not want to appear to discriminate against certain communities and were unwilling to take action, such as stopping fraud, that would have an adverse impact on their image. To date, no single agency leader has been held responsible for their role in fraud whether it’s Shireen Gandhi, Jess Geil, Jodi Harpstead, Natasha Merz, Eric Grumdahl or others. It is a structure created and maintained by Tim Walz who has created an environment of inter-related agencies and institutions including the media - that help foster fraud through retaliation and turning a blind eye in exchange for political gain in the form of high power agency leadership jobs or other perks. Fundamentally, Tim Walz is dishonest, lacks ethics and integrity, has poor leadership abilities, and has never taken any accountability for his role in fraud. Instead, Tim Walz deflects by blaming national politics for his own failings and distracts the public with inveterate lying. These lies include his reference of a budget surplus under his tenure. Fact is, Minnesota never had a surplus, we had been given federal ARPA funds that were conflated as surplus money otherwise, we’d be in a deficit. And those ARPA funds, which were meant to be temporary funds were used to create more leadership positions for Tim Walz “buddies.” As such, we can’t fight fraud in Minnesota alone hence why we’re appealing to the federal levels of government. We need all the help we can get as Tim Walz’s agency leaders have upped their brazen approach in covering up their knowledge of fraud. We are grateful to numerous solid politicians (esp the Fraud Committee) and media outlets who are trying to halt fraud. We are also grateful to other whistleblowers who are bravely stepping up. Thank You NY Times for bringing the plight of Minnesota to the national stage. @nytimes

A damning quote on Tim Walz’s failure to stop the fraud consuming Minnesota. "No one was doing anything about the red flags," he said. "It was like someone was stealing money from the cookie jar and they kept refilling it." WOW.

Everyone is celebrating the NYT is covering this corruption. Sure now that the fraud has been exposed for all to see they’re just reporting the obvious on a political loser with no future anyway. Real journalism would have been investigating and exposing this BEFORE or at least during his VP run.

Intentional or not if this model is even remotely successful it will devestate traditional OEMS. A huge portion of the new car market will vanish. The top end luxury buyers will still want their own rides unsullied by the unwashed masses. But new car prices are absolutely ridiculous and only going up. If people can truly call a cab quickly and easily everywhere MANY people will give up car ownership very quickly. The OEM cost structure can’t handle this and they cannot complete. There will be massive bankruptcies.

Tesla’s robotaxi math is wild: 100K cars × 100 miles/day × $1/mile × 80% margin = ~$2.9B annual profit. Scale to millions → hundreds of billions in play. No drivers = game over.

I’ve personally lived through so many stocks that went from IPO to insane levels, the kinds of stocks you look back on 20 years later and think damn I wish I’d got in then… intel, msft, google, Apple, we could always be wrong of course, but I’m betting on TSLA and planning to hold through all the swings. I’m looking forward to that day 20 years from now when I can look back and say hell yeah I’ve been in from the beginning.

Wallstreet is not ready for what $TSLA is about to do. These last couple of years have been about getting the printing press in place for production of the new book. Every plot carefully analyzed. Each chapter carefully edited. Beginning in 2026, it is all about printing and selling the new book. The foundation has been laid!

It’s hard to take you seriously as an interviewer when you have a discussion about Alfred Kinsey and are either completely unaware of or unwilling to challenge your guest. Kinseys work is flawed beyond usefulness for incorporating large numbers of sex criminals, pedos, and all around sampling bias in his surveys.

I know many Smithies. Trust me there is zero dissent on this topic in the current student body or admin. This is literally the tip of the woke white women spear. They were admitting men to Smith before most of us even knew this was a thing. It will be the last one to drop it as well. They are impervious to irony.
