@1Obefiend Then it wouldn't have taken off at the middle of the runway. This video shows it didn't. Speeds are all calculated by the dispatch team based on the weight and balance. There's no way this plane wasn't at max power at take off.

I hope I'm wrong, but as a former flight dispatcher, this looks to me like a weight & balance problem. Late rotation beyond V1, barely clears the runway, and never completes take-off. Like If the bottom P-sections shifted position and affected positive climb. Wow.. 🙁😢 #RIP
