This is an Alberta Emergency Alert. The Calgary Police Service has updated the missing child Alert. This alert is in effect for the City of Calgary. Calgary police are extending the alert for missing 11 year old Parker. He was last seen in the northeast community of Thorncliffe on Thursday, July 16 at 12:52 PM. He is 4’11” tall, 90 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, wearing dark shorts, noise-cancelling headphones and no shirt. All Calgarians are asked to continue checking your properties and monitoring your communities for Parker. If found, do not approach, call 911. Today, we are releasing a map of Parker's known and believed route on Thursday, July 16, 2026. The map outlines his confirmed movements captured on CCTV. Please note: the numbered points don’t identify a specific location of CCTV submission, but mark points where we believe his route shifted. Since Parker was reported missing, a dedicated team of investigators, patrol officers, search-and-rescue personnel & partner agencies has been focused on locating him. Working around the clock, we have pursued every available lead, reviewed evidence, assessed public tips and coordinated search operations across Calgary. The investigation and search remain active, and all resources available continue to be dedicated to finding Parker. Parker was last seen shirtless, wearing dark shorts and black noise-cancelling headphones. He is described as 4'11" tall, weighing approximately 90 pounds, with brown hair, a shaved head and brown eyes. Parker is neurodivergent and non-verbal and may become even more scared if confronted by strangers. If Parker is located, members of the public are asked not to approach him. Today, we stopped by the Halloween Village by Treat Accessibly. It was a great afternoon connecting with families and celebrating inclusion in our community. Thank you to the team at @treataccessibly for putting on such an amazing event and for the residents of Hillhurst for hosting!

The majority of Calgarians were not in favour of blanket rezoning. I voted against it in 2023 before it even became a policy. The Communities First team and I will repeal blanket rezoning on day one. I will ensure neighbourhood voices are brought back to council.

We all deserve to feel safe in our city and too many Calgarians tell me they do not feel safe in Calgary. Hearing the story from the young girl who came to my office and told me she fears for her life walking to her car after work on Stephens Avenue, that should not happen. I am the only candidate who has put forward an actual plan focused on increasing safety. I am committed to hiring 500 new police officers and reinstating a 24-hour police station downtown. I have developed this plan through extensive conversations with the CPS and CPA.
