Today new and reappointed members of the Governing Board were sworn in for 4-year terms.
The Alabama Reading Initiative worked with Alabama A&M to set up a research practice lab for other colleges and universities . Alabama’s preservice students are growing through professors steeped in the science of reading!
The Alabama Literacy Act is proving it is working! On #LiteracyDay, we are reminded that a strong start matters, and we’re making sure every child can read by the third grade. Reading scores are on the rise among every demographic of Alabama students. #alpolitics
