22/22 I guess sometimes using things in unintended ways can reveal valuable methodologies that can be used to drive future development. And do I think this is the "end all be all" of setups? No! Its simply one method amongst many. Its up to you to decide what's best for you :)

19/? And finally, the chooser is organized into a series of nested choosers that break down categories of animations using all sorts of conditions. It can be a lot to look at, but we’re continuing to work on workflow improvements to choosers which should make it easier to read.

I think it’s EXTREMELY short-sighted & irresponsible to let Firewalk studios (or any studio that’s shipped a game) go. The work it takes to build a team, tools, culture, IP & ship a game is invaluable, and severely underestimated, when the finance dept is driving decisions.

@bruce_straley Even with two equally skilled teams, one that’s shipped a multiplatform game on console and PC creates a huge knowledge gap. Experience with TRCs, optimizations, and delivering a polished game is invaluable—disbanding a team like that is almost criminal :(

@bruce_straley The true value of allowing a skilled, cohesive team to keep refining their craft—whether in inter-departmental collaboration, technical expertise, or every nuances in between—rarely shows up on spreadsheets, unfortunately. And that's a damn shame.
