@EmiratesSupport flight EK010 from Gatwick was cancelled last night after 5 hours of delays sat on the floor of a small room no food or even water untill 3 hours in and no emirates rep in site the entire time! Horrendous experience!!

@santanderuk Can someone help i've sat on hold for over an hour 5 times now and still not got through to anyone. I desperately need to talk to someone about fraudulent accounts.

@easyJet Hi, I requested a refund for my cancelled flights on 12th Jan and at the time EasyJet were saying it was taking 12 days for refunds to be processed. It has now been 23 days please can you let me know how much longer i should expect to wait!

@Barclaycard @Barclaycard still no response I’ve been trying to reach someone for 3 weeks now!!!!! My card is lost and I’m open to all kinds of fraud because I have no way of reporting it!! Plus my payment is now very late and I need to pay it!!! Help!!

@Barclaycard I have been trying to call for weeks now to report a lost card and pay my now long overdue bill but have been on hold for hours at a time. I cannot log into my account online so how can i fix this when no-one seems to be answering any calls!!
