Chud The Builder was an interesting experiment. Let's walk around and call black people who aren't bothering anyone the N word and tell them they're chimping out when they react. It was fun to watch, admittedly, because it was inevitably going to end in disaster. But he never really seemed to bother people who were causing trouble or might be dangerous. Just old black folks sitting in the park. Or a doorman. Or a couple of gay looking black social media influencers. If anyone did square up against him, he threatened them with a gun or mace, and of course, they backed off. Selling such a rare occurrence as a REASONABLE fear of death or serious bodily injury that it justifies shooting the puncher in the face 100% of the time is going to be a hard sell to a judge or jury. Of course, aggravating circumstances can exist that can tremendously escalate the risk of a punch beyond that low level of death or serious bodily injury--disparity in size/strength/fighting ability, sustained attack, disability of victim of the attack, exceptional vulnerability to injury of the victim of the attack--but you'd better be prepared to introduce evidence of such.
