Honest question: What would stop anyone from just flipping these groceries? Buy up all the inventory at 30% less than retail, then sell it at 10% less than retail? Especially canned/packaged goods? Kinda seems like a taxpayer-funded arb opportunity ... Has this not occurred to any of them??

It won't even get this far. 1. The store will be empty. 2. They ration and there are bread lines. There is no chance they are so successful in stocking the store the normal stores go under. Normal store will probably just cut back the loss leaders since you will not win on those anyway
