ATF and USPS recently told a GOA FFL member that mailing a customer's handgun remains prohibited.
USPS also threatened to charge them under the same statute that DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel said was unconstitutional.

Pascoe’s current Attorney General campaign has accepted donations from Chris Kenney, an attorney who has worked for the Democrat Party and helped Democrat campaigns. Pascoe’s campaign also received two $3,500 donations from former state Senator Dick Harpootlian, who previously served as the chairman of the South Carolina Democrat Party.

“I’m convinced he would be an extraordinary attorney general. He wouldn’t be a Democratic attorney general, he wouldn’t be a Republican attorney general. He would be an attorney general. I previously reported the fact that Pascoe supported Joe Biden and helped Biden win the 2020 South Carolina Primary, which saved his Presidential campaign.
The facts are clear: Pascoe can’t be trusted to uphold conservative principles. He is a Democrat plant who is pretending to be a Republican so he can help the radical left turn South Carolina blue.
