The form, submitted for Stone’s entity Drake Ventures, LLC, reports $600,000 in income for lobbying activities on behalf of client Roger Ver during Q1 2025 (January 1 through March 31, 2025). The disclosed work specifically targeted “Ending the exit tax and reform of cryptocurrency tax policy.” Stone’s own public posts advocating for Roger Ver and crypto tax reform occurred squarely within that same period: January 9, January 26, and February 9, 2025. His denial came more than eight months later, long after both the paid lobbying quarter ended and the federal disclosure was filed.
