We get a lot of flack for canceling flights, losing baggage, overselling seats, not giving refunds, having terrible customer service, and not treating our employees with dignity, but I don’t see any of you trying to run an airline…

Airplane breakfasts are always the saddest meal of the day, but this Asian Vegetarian option last week on @United was pretty depressing -- just look at that fruit plate! Yes, @United's catering is getting better, but it still needs some work.

We worked really hard to ensure you’re just as angry and frustrated as when you fly on our other planes.

With inefficient engines, very uncomfortable seating, and non-existent Wi-Fi, nothing beats that new Spirit plane feeling!

We won’t be commenting on Tucker Carlson but he’s welcome to purchase a ticket and go somewhere if he needs to get away.
