In 1851, Al-Habib Alawi al-Haddad invented a fake Hadith claiming that the Prophet ﷺ warned against MbAW. Why did Ottoman era Ulama & their ilk in Asia lie so much against callers to Tawhid? H.K. shamelessly published this work & Dahlan's Khulasa that quotes Haddad's "Hadith".

Why did the scholars who opposed the "Wahhabis" lie so much? Why did they spread lies to incite the Amirs & Rulers to destroy them? If you hate them just say what they believe then do as you wish; but why the false propaganda? twitter.com/LarMusulman/st…

@Abdul123Tawab @ibmsulaymani There is no proof, but juhhal dont know. Ahmad Zayni Dahlan is a well-known liar and mushrik, and scholars refuted him a long time ago, just learn some arabic and search. Even Indian scholars refuted him, that have nothing with Najd, like محمد بشير السهسواني الهندي

Daniel Haqiqatjou describes the alleged ‘mass killing’ the Wahhābīs carried out in al-Ṭāʾif in 1803, slaughtering people praying in mosques, studying the Qurʾān, and even babies being breastfed by their mothers. He even plays sounds effects of babies crying to emotionally manipulate the listener. ❌ There’s just one problem: This is all fake news. None of this ever happened. Aḥmad Zaynī Daḥlān was a well known a liar and wasn’t even alive when ʿUthmān al-Muḍāyifī took al-Ṭāʾif.

@ProjectGuiding Brother you’re right, but the account explicitly states it’s a non-governmental organization. This doesn’t change anything concerning the Saudi government but in this particular case, this is not something the government said

Attention. Tomorrow. Israel is going to vote to execute their Palestinian prisoners. 9500 Palestinian prisoners of which 4500 including children are held without any charges. Held without any charges means not guilty of anything. Israel wants to kill them. Tomorrow.

Madkhalis Posting their L's Online
This is a lie on the Nabī of Allah azawajal, and a denigration of his Ghayrah When the Prophet SAW was cursed, he responded with “Wa Alaykum (and unto you)” You Madkhalis severely lack Baraa’ and even resort to damaging the reputation of our Nabi to defend your Tawāghīt
🇸🇦🇸🇴تقيّ الدّين@Barkhadle25

The Prophet ﷺ knew the names of the hypocrites in Madinah. Their leader called him أُذُن and الأذل while living among him. Yet he ﷺ responded with wisdom and restraint. Muslims do not respond to low lives.

Yes, Sayyidina al-Khidr (عليه السلام) is alive according to the view held by a large number of classical scholars, and many of the awliya (saints) of the Ummah. This opinion is supported by numerous reports of his continued existence and appearances throughout Islamic history. Many righteous awliya and scholars have met him, taken knowledge from him, received du'as or guidance, or witnessed his presence in blessed places. Examples include encounters reported with figures like: Imam al-Nawawi, Ibn Arabi (who met him multiple times), and countless other pious elders. These meetings are described as mass-transmitted (mutawatir) in their frequency among the righteous, even if individual chains vary in strength. Imam al-Nawawi and his teacher Ibn al-Salah stated that the majority of scholars affirm he is alive, and the people of gnosis (ma'rifah) are unanimous on this, citing innumerable true stories of seeing him in visions or waking states. There is a famous Report Involving Sayyidina Ali (رضي الله عنه); One well-known report concerns the time shortly after the passing of Sayyidina Rasulullah ﷺ, when his blessed body was laid out for the companions to pay their respects (before or around the funeral proceedings). A powerful-looking, handsome man with a (white or red) beard pushed through the crowd, reached the body of the Prophet ﷺ, wept bitterly, and offered words of consolation to the companions. He said something to the effect of: “In Allah there is solace from every calamity, compensation for every loss, and a replacement for everything that perishes. So rely upon Allah and turn to Him in hope, for the one deprived of reward is the one who fails to seek consolation from Allah.” After he left, the companions asked who he was. According to the narration, Sayyidina Abu Bakr and Sayyidina Ali (رضي الله عنهما) both identified him as al-Khidr (عليه السلام). This report is mentioned in sources such as: - Al-Hakim, in al-Mustadrak (via Anas ibn Malik رضي الله عنه in some chains). - Al-Bayhaqi. - Ibn al-Jazari, in al-Hisn al-Hasin. - Also referenced in works like those of al-Qurtubi and discussions on al-Khidr's life. There are also separate narrations of Sayyidina Ali meeting al-Khidr on other occasions, such as at the Ka'bah, where al-Khidr taught him a special du'a (reported by Ibn Abi Dunya in *Kitab al-Hawatif*, among others). These reports, along with the many accounts of awliya encountering al-Khidr across the centuries, form part of the basis for the dominant traditional view, that he remains alive by Allah's permission, serving as a hidden guide and witness to divine mercy. I personally know individuals from the people of righteousness who have reported meeting him or receiving guidance from him.

Al-Khadir (AS) being alive seems to be the dominant opinion amongst the scholars, especially the Sufis. The earliest sources mentioning him being alive that I have found are the works of Ibn Abi Dunya (RA) who passed away 281 Hijri. Has anyone found an earlier source?
