@DeanTTraining Why only half rep? Natural calf movement should go from neutral to above neutral not the other way around.

Holy f*ck. Word for word. Ana Kasaparian (Extreme Left Wing) and Nick Fuentes (Extreme Right Wing) paint themselves as polar opposites on the political spectrum. However, listen to them here, side by side. This is horseshoe theory on fully display.

one lesson i learned a few years ago is that the animal spirits essentially believe everything is bullish all the doomers who spent the last month calling for limit downs every weekend have now watched the fastest rally in HISTORY off a low unemployment goes up, bullish bc the fed has to cut and inject money unemployment goes down, bullish bc the economy is strong! war starts, bullish bc it means more printing, inflationary war ends, bullish bc of peace and less uncertainty the US markets have a 100% recovery rate. 100%. so it's just about finding opportunity within that

@bryan_johnson Yea definitely not something that seems worth chasing on a regular basis, would be a good protocol to add this on a monthly/bi-monthly basis

Most people might miss the biggest benefit of sauna You need to get really really hot… Your core body temperature needs to hit 102.4°F (39°C). For reference, a fever is anything above 100.4°F (38°C) So I swallowed a temperature monitoring pill. It goes through your digestive tract and precisely measures your internal temperature every 30 seconds. When your core body temperature hits the goal of 102°F, your body releases these proteins (heat shock proteins - HSPs) that clean up your body’s debris. I was curious what time my body hits this goal because up until now, I’ve been doing 20 mins of 200°F dry sauna. … it turns out it takes 31 minutes It feels like you’re dying. I didn't expert such pain and panic. Before this experiment, I did over 200 sauna sessions at 200°F for 20 min. This means I likely never achieved the heat shock protein (HSP) threshold at 102.4°F (39°C), which deprived me of so much sauna-health goodness. If your sauna doesn’t heat up to temperatures allowing your core temperature to reach 102.4°F (39°C) or you struggle to tolerate heat, do not be discouraged. The dry sessions I did at 200°F (93°C) for 20 min still showed incredibly health benefits. My previous 20 min sessions still showed: 1) 10+ yr reduction of my vascular age 2) 87% reduction of microplastics 3) detox of environmental toxins 4) fertility marker improvement Will report back once I have results on this new protocol…

Is this a valid ick: Guy in his thirties is staying at a company he knows is going to fail and is just running out the clock bc he likes the benefits and culture rather than looking for a new role that will help him grow professionally and financially

A quick break from all the good playoffs vibes to say… This isnt something you want to hear about your current GM’s past team. Especially when the lineup is comprised of most of Jarmo’s players. Ok now back to floating on air…

My wife cheated on me after 10 years of marriage. She had an affair with her gym trainer, and it lasted a year. She cried and begged for forgiveness. I stayed for our two young kids. That was 2 years ago, but the pain is still fresh. I am consumed by anger every day. The images replay nonstop. I hate my marriage. I hate my wife. I hate myself. I feel like I’ve lost direction. I don’t know where to go... or where to stop. How do I stop hating myself... for who I’ve become? --From my Dm, give him some advice.

@stankRat_ You don’t see it because you’re sitting in the corner and they avoid you. So many people use walls/radar in Tarkov to avoid people, only using it for PvP when needed for tasks

There’s cheaters in every game; always will be. But I’m gonna tell you right now, the ‘g0at’ video is actual trash; zero data to back up his claim. Never streamed it; zero documentation during his data collection; zero transparency. Just all yap with no support. Don’t believe everything you read, watch, and hear on the internet
luongas@luongas

I’m saying this because tarkov have a known 60% cheater in every match. This was verified by a YouTuber who used a cheat to identify other cheaters and he would find at least one cheater in over half the matches. I’ve personally played tarkov a lot (like 200 hours) and don’t know if there’s that many myself (no way to verify) but it was almost 100% cheaters in the end game map. It was the main reason I stopped playing because end game was just not possible to play.

@Pentosh1 I only rock creatine, I’ve gained 12lbs of muscle in 3 months just eating raw honey pre-workout, maintaining creatine and eating protein.

Creatine sales are down 97% globally as people have replaced it with peptides. Am I biased as one of the largest creatine dealers in the world. Yes. Not a huge fan. But idk Bros. In your 20’s you can get in peak. Elite shape and maintain low body fat without any of that stuff with some hard work, discipline and a great diet. A lot of these peptides have no quality control and many have a total lack of research. Buying from some factory in Bangladesh is probably not the best idea. But if you’re going to do it. At least find the best proven quality stuff you can. Don’t be cheap when it comes to your long term health. Not in all, but I think eventually in many cases the potential side effects are going to be pretty regrettable. I guess time will tell.

@Spleenarc @PatrickMoranTB You do realize buffalo fans bought out all the home games already right? And there are very few resale tix available. So why would montreal fans buy buffalo home game tix before the match ups are even known? Use your brain.

Dear Sabres fan. Based on how the final stretch of this season has been playing out, would you rather win the division if it meant facing Ottawa in the first round, or would you prefer to finish second and play Montreal? Obviously, Sabres have home ice advantage in either case

Always saw the biggest guy at my college gym eating sour patch kids inbetween his sets and my underdeveloped brain could not comprehend why a man so jacked would eat something so taboo (this was peak low-carb era). But now I understand. Fast carbs (glucose, dextrose, sucrose) enter your bloodstream immediately. Working muscles sucks that glucose out of your blood via GLUT4 transclocation, independent of insulin. You bypass the usual metabolic bottlenecks and feed your engines mid-burn. High intensity training is heavily dependent on glycogen and glycolosis. Burn through your glycogen stores and your performance suffers. Less explosiveness, no pump, more cortisol. Keeping your muscles fueled mid-workout gives you everything you want and need. Glucose has an osmotic effect. It pulls water into muscle cells and hydrates you at an intracellular level (very anabolic btw). You get better bloodflow, bigger/fuller muscles, better contraction. You can sustain peak output for the entirety of your workout. Its not just your muscles that are being fueled either. Your brain is a glucose hog. Low blood sugar during long sessions is the leading cause of fatigue and poor motor output. Hence why glucose microdosing is beneficial for cognitive tasks as well (especially hybrid psycho/physiological tasks like martial arts, sports etc.) Better yet, exogenous glucose blunds cortisol-induced tissue breakdown. Extremely anti-catabolic. You perform better, you feel better, you recover better, and you leave your workout less fried than you otherwise would. All while giving you a perfect excuse to get your sugar fix in guilt free.
