The Gauteng High Court also ruled that Paul O'Sullivan framed George Barkhuizen for murder. Paul is such a psychopath, he figured murdering a woman is to hide he violently assaulted his ex wife with the same name was the best thing to do.

EARLIER: The Madlanga Commission has been apprised that IDAC chief investigator Dylan Perumal was hospitalised over the weekend and subsequently discharged yesterday; he is anticipated to provide testimony tomorrow to address matters stemming from Adv. Andrea Johnson's evidence, specifically concerning his interactions with MP Fadiel Adams, the broadened scope of the Crime Intelligence investigation beyond its initial complaint, and associated procedural inquiries. @eNCA

The slush fund covers sensitive covert operations, which IDAC can NOT have unfettered access to sensitive covert operations intel because IDAC just investigates the financial part of it. Therefore ONLY @StateSecurityRS should do all slush fund investigations.
