Woke up and saw this first thing, looks like we’re back to war with Iran… My initial thoughts is that this cannot go on much longer. I’m no expert, but the United States has the greatest Navy in the world There’s no way Iran can realistically do anything to stop the US from blockading the straight This will force other countries to pressure Iran to make a deal with the US, specifically the other middle eastern countries If they don’t comply and the US Navy ends up allowing safe passage through the straight, it’ll make Iran “useless” and decimate their economy This will also hurt China/Russia or whoever assisted Iran, and it’ll give the US full control over who comes in and out of the straight TLDR; war is never the answer, but sometimes it’s necessary. If the US is able to clear the mines, grant safe passage through the straight, and mitigate Iran intervention then the war is virtually over I 100% believe this will be completed by end of April or early May
