There’s the a diabolical pot hole near monument station, as you turn to go onto London Bridge. Been there for ages there has to be a decent amount cctv of people coming off on that corner because of it.

New No Access signs in Bishopsgate at Liverpool St turning. Unless @cityoflondon @Squarehighways put signs up at the Camomile\Wormwood St junctions then Liverpool St willl become a car park for lorries and cars that cant turn around. @LDNCabRanks

When you’re 131 years old, you need a little TLC every now and then. Every three months City Bridge Foundation gives Tower Bridge a regular service, working overnight to keep the Bridge in tip-top working condition. Work takes place overnight to minimise disruption to the public, but during these periods the Bridge will be closed to all traffic and pedestrians 🛠️ The latest closure takes place from Tuesday evening on 14 April until early Sunday morning on 19 April 2026, from 10pm in the evening to 5am in the morning. During the rest of the day Tower Bridge and its award-winning visitor attraction are open as normal. The closest alternative river crossing is London Bridge. #TowerBridge / City of London Corporation

London Liverpool St Station will close & no trains will run to or from the station from Sat 27 Dec to Thurs 1 Jan. The exception is Elizabeth line who have their own platforms serving London Liverpool Street. Greater Anglia will terminate trains at, and start back from Stratford (London), London Overground will terminate trains at, and start back from London Fields. Engineering work will be taking place within Bishopsgate tunnel (on the approach to the station), also refurbishment work on the roof of London Liverpool Street station. If you are planning a journey to or from central London, you may obtain better results by using Stratford (London) as your London station instead of London Liverpool Street.bit.ly/4jnNQyt
