@YWHelp 3 and a half weeks of a constant leak, my walls and fences being damaged, thousands of litres of water wasted and an unrelenting noise throughout my house. So glad I woke @ 7.30 on a Saturday to watch it not fixed again. Again. Again.
@TeamYouTube Just on mobile so far. Phone and app up to date, app restarted and phone restarted yet just now it's happened again. It's not just this video but it's the one I keep trying to watch

@YWHelp has provided, without doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a company. A lack of respect for their customer and the water they offer that would be genuinely shocking if it wasn't so utterly predictable #shameonyou
@thetrainline I'm not sure as all trains going forward on the line were stopped so we had to get a cab the rest of the way. That's not much help is it?
