I had said Hyderabad crossed Chennai in software exports in FY20. But Pune overtaking Chennai just a year later is even more surprising. Chennai also saw the only negative growth year & most single-digit growth phases here. FY26 STPI growth may improve as leasing hit record high.

@hyderabaddoctor Doctor's advice is wrong. Probability of insulin resistance worsening goes up by 15+%. If weakness has become better thru physio, probably a better strength training routine can increase HDL.

🔸55 year old man consulted with a lipid profile report, which showed total cholesterol 170, LDL 90, TG 130, HDL 40. He was on rosuvastatin 10 mg once daily, and wanted to stop it, as his lipid profile reports were normal.
🔸Past history included- Type 2 diabetes for 3 years (well controlled on medicines), ischemic stroke- 2 years back, resulting in mild left-sided weakness (he had recovered to normal functioning with physiotherapy).
His doctor advised him to continue rosuvastatin, and increased the dose to 20 mg.
❓Was his doctor's advice right or wrong?

@shankar_7845 @arulmuru182002 Is it? Ahmedabad to Vadodara is around 100kms, 89 km of which is an express way. The 89 km gets covered by even state transport buses in an hour. Cars easily do it in 45 min. Absolutely straight road.

@arulmuru182002 To travell 300 km in 3.5 hrs avg speed of 100 kmph is required. Which is likely impossible with tolls, heavy vehicles on roads, curve roads, weather, vehicle aerodynamics which may affect the avg speed..

@Jainadave_ I give scores. It is 5/10 if I just step in to the gym. I just do 4-5 exercises in 3 sets. So one mark for each exercise. I convince myself to just go to the gym and do nothing. I usually end up scoring 8 or more.

Vijay will be forced to rethink his decision. Chennai has already fallen back when compared to Hyderabad and Bangalore in terms of Infra, connectivity and airport capacity and quality. Stopping Parandur Airport work will be a long term disaster for Chennai’s economy. When 2 decades down the line when Ahmedabad Vishakapatnam Amaravati et al overtake Chennai this will be remembered as one of the reasons. Vijay still has the political capital to reason out that he is doing it for the betterment of the city and state and that he has the will to reverse his decisions.

@kirankspeaks Our assumption was a formal electoral org will be at a booth level (DMK, ADMK forte). TVK has 85000 mandrams existing from as early as 2009 ~25 members each. They have been active as blood donors and relief camps with families and society as witness. Its2 cr,25% popln of TN.

When I discussed the reasons for voting for Vijay, the answers I got were:
- I like him from cinema
- He said he will give ₹2500 instead of ₹2000
- 6 free cylinders
- Let's give him a chance
After some discussions, I came to know:
- No knowledge about the state’s performance like GDP, GER, inflation, infrastructure, investments, etc.
- No awareness of state rights, welfare schemes, safety, etc.
Overall, these people were living on Instagram and YouTube shorts in particular
