The Ugly Truth of BPO Call Centers in India: No Work, Just Pure Filth!
In NCR, Bangluru and Gurgaon’s so-called call centers, work is the last thing happening. It’s all about one thing chasing girls and fucking around.
I’ve survived one year in this hell. My wife joined too… she ran away in just 20 days.
New girls walk in? From Team Leaders to Managers, everyone’s dick is on alert. Lecherous eyes, cheap comments, private meetings.
If a girl doesn’t spread her legs? Fake Zero Tolerance case, harassment drama, and she’s thrown out in 6 months.
But if she opens her legs for the boss? Any complaint against her gets buried. Sir saved my job and then daily visits to the cabin for special favors.
Almost every girl has a boyfriend. Many have 4-5 at the same time. One gets boring? Next one. One leaves the job? New target ready.
Some girls directly trap TLs and Managers for money, rent, gifts, and easy promotions. No need for OYO PG rooms are enough for their fun.
Guy tries to talk normally? Fake stairwell harassment case and he’s fired on the spot. This is the real BPO culture, brother.
Parents back home think their kids are grinding hard for a bright future
Reality?
Little work. Lots of affairs, exploitation, sleaze, jealousy, and moral decay.
The entire floor knows it. HR knows it. Management knows it.
Nobody gives a fuck.

Ask for ₹ 20,000 Bribe, Gets 20 Slipper Shots!!!
An overcrowded RTC bus from Hyderabad to Narayankhed was stopped by Ticket Squad at Rayikode, Telangana for inspection.
A passenger was found without a ticket and instead of imposing a fine of the usual Rs 500, the ticket inspector apparently demanded a bribe of Rs 20,000 from the passenger and the conductor…,so that they avoid a case.
Agitated by this, the passengers beat-up the ticket inspector with chappals, the RTC bus conductor also joined them.
Most RTC buses are overcrowded and the staff overworked. Not issuing a Rs 10 ticket to one passenger probably was due to the rush.
While I don’t agree with this mob behaviour of beating a man, I can totally 100 percent agree with the anger of the public.
Working class public are absolutely tired of the system that fleeces them at every step 🙏🏽

Her name was Pooja.
In her quiet third-floor flat in Bengaluru’s Adugodi, they found her nude body lying in a pool of blood. The table fan was still spinning slowly beside her.
The small room looked like a storm had passed through it — hundreds of torn paper pieces scattered everywhere, some stuck on the walls with colourless drawings, lines of English and Hindi scribbled across them, and a man’s name written here and there. No clear message, just broken fragments.
A few nights before, neighbours had heard her singing loudly all alone at midnight. Then everything fell silent. The door was locked tight from the inside.
Those torn papers and scribbles still hold whatever heavy thoughts were circling in her mind — love, loneliness, or something darker. The full truth of her last hours remains locked in that room.
She was from a small place near Dhanbad in Jharkhand. Neighbours say she was an introvert who mostly kept to herself.
