@NaNa_TaLi We routinely evaluate our fare products to remain competitive in the marketplace. Basic Economy customers will continue to receive one free personal item and one free carry-on bag, free snacks, soft drinks and in-flight entertainment.

In the 1950s, families lived in small houses with no AC, one car, and no savings. They had four kids. Today, we have the highest standard of living in history and zero kids. Stop blaming the "cost of living." It is a fundamental change in character.
