OK, well. I ran /autoresearch on the the liquid codebase. 53% faster combined parse+render time, 61% fewer object allocations. This is probably somewhat overfit, but there are absolutely amazing ideas in this.

The xteink x4 is, by far, the best rink device for reading on the go that I've found. I've done a lot of research in this space to come to the conclusion. It's tiny, fast, and comfy. Any time I have a spare minute and want to read a page, I take it out of my pocket and read.

F# 10 devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/introdu… I read Don Syme's book 18 years ago. This PL never took off - it was a testing ground for C# features. FP concepts helped me learn Scala, which in turn (along with C++) helped me learn Rust

I was right there in 1971. The whole area was rubble of Palestinian houses that had been demolished after the families living in them were thrown out so Jews could have more room to pray at the Wall. I didn't really know what I was seeing. Now I understand clearly. There is no "holiness" in a house built on stolen land. אין קדושה בארץ כבושה.
