1) Do less. Stop dividing your attention. 2) Do it right now. Once you have identified the essential, go fast. Maintain a bias toward action. 3) Do it the right way. Acting quickly doesn't mean acting carelessly. Get to work right away, but keep working on it until it's right.

One of the biggest myths about meditation is that it requires you to get rid of your thoughts. As long as you are in a human body, your thoughts will be here. The key is to observe our thoughts without getting caught up in them. That’s meditation. Happy World Meditation Day! ✨

@ccochella As you meditate, you are strengthening your mindfulness muscle. This helps you be more present during other times when you're not meditating. Another idea is to set your intention during meditation to be present and mindful throughout your day, and see if that helps.
