@BrittanyBronso1 Ex in-house recruiter here. I’d go one further (in order to stop needless rounds of interviews) that the first 2 x 1 hour interviews are free. After that, the candidate is paid an hourly rate and all travel expenses for ANY interview rounds after that point.

On holiday. Watched the sunset with my 16 year old daughter along with a large crowd. After the sun had set, when we were leaving, she took hold of my hand to get through the crowd. Must be the first time in years she'd done that. Had to work hard not to cry. She'll never know.
