The Unavoidable Loophole of a "rational trader": (1) the following SPX Daily roadmap was posted to MPW subs on Apirl 4th, in Scroll 218. (2) I had two options for SPX, Black path is primary wave count & Blue path is alternate. (3) However, in retrospect, I made a mistake here by being too rational. BLUE is the right path. Why? (4) I read a lot of reflections from bulls and bears about the ongoing, insane, irrational melt-up rise. All in all, I believe this is a perfectly fitting "exclamation mark" to an insanely long and over-extended BULL MARKET from March 2009. The giant clock of market God is ticking toward the finish line and yeah, time is finally up, so better be hurry up to meet the deadline. [in this week's newsletter, I will explain why].

MPW Bamboo Scroll #218 Posted: (1) another week, another uncharted water. The market has clearly developed an ADHD syndrome recently. (2) it requires you to sharpen trading skills even more, which I introduced two winning strategies. (3) check here at thekobeissiletter.com/panda

@MichaelPBento It’s the effects of the war that needs to be looked into…particularly the supply and what disruption, if any, it has on the global economy.

@Barkworth17 Great call! In your substack, you mentioned that a possible 4th hh. Could this be it? I’m a bit lost trying to identify the HH and deciding which time frame. Thanks!

$NQ_F Another banger of a trade plan. Clearly stated that the 4 hourly EMA9 trend had to end so that we could buy the first higher low into the daily EMA9.

$SPY Gamma Exposure update: above spot, there's positive gamma exposure building at $680. Below the spot, there are both elevated positive and negative gamma present. I would treat $675 as support and $680 as resistance. I am biased to the upside, but that is contingent upon the $675 MVC holding.

On a 4 mile stretch of Figueroa St in South LA, from Gage Ave to Imperial Hwy, is a well-known area for rampant child sex trafficking & child prostitution known as “The Blade.” It’s one of the most dangerous areas for child human trafficking in the State of California. Some in LA are now talking about “the crisis of 11 year old child prostitutes walking Figueroa Corridor” and no LA politicians trying to help & protect these children. Law enforcement has been talking about this crisis for years but to no avail. So, let’s go back to 2022, when Wiener authored SB 357, most of the radicals in the Assembly & Senate supported it, and Newsom signed it into law. It was ironically and as standard for CA called the “Safer Streets for All Act.” It eliminated the crime of loitering in a public place with the intent to commit prostitution. Well, it didn’t make anyone safer. What this bill did do, however, was prevent law enforcement from detaining and eventually saving children from sex traffickers. It made children less safe. It took a tool away from detectives and others in law enforcement who were actually trying to help abused children. It emboldened pimps & traffickers. It allowed open air prostitution markets to operate without law enforcement intervention. Yes, children’s lives are at stake. So no Weiner and Newsom or anyone else, this law was never meant to help children. This is what Newsom said when he signed SB 357 into law, I will “monitor crime and prosecution trends for any possible unintended consequences and will act to mitigate any such impacts.” What leader says that after signing a bill???? And NO, lack of children’s safety should NEVER be an “unintended consequence.” If it could possibly be, you DO NOT sign that law. If you really want to protect children, amend SB 357, support our LE, start paying attention to all the radical laws passed by our Legislature and vote for better people.

@danabrams1990 @FARlikewhoa Forgot to caveat. UTLA did lower down their request last month to 13% but to be in effect this year—district 10% spread to into 2028.

Teachers at Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) are set to strike Tuesday. Here’s where negotiations stand: •Pay: United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA) is seeking a 17% raise over two years, while LAUSD is offering 13% over three years. The sides are relatively close on compensation. •Class Sizes: Average LAUSD high school classes range from 35–40 students. Teachers are pushing to cap them at 30, while also reducing elementary class sizes from roughly 24. While overcrowding is a legitimate concern, the union’s proposal would cost hundreds of millions annually. This remains a significant gap. •Mental Health Staffing: UTLA is requesting approximately 375 additional counselors, psychologists, and social workers to support student well-being and academic success. The union cites housing instability, immigration stress, and poverty as key drivers. The district agrees on the need but argues that declining enrollment and expiring federal funding make permanent cost increases difficult to sustain. Another major point of contention. •AI in Education: UTLA is seeking contractual protections against AI replacing educators. LAUSD agrees AI should be introduced cautiously and used to support—not replace—teachers. However, the district prefers pilots, guidelines, and studies rather than binding contractual limits. In practical near-term use, the two sides are not far apart. •Expanded Programs: Proposals include growth in arts, physical education, community schools, and enrichment programs. The district broadly agrees in principle but seeks flexibility on scope and funding. Conceptually aligned, but divided on scale. Bottom Line: Both sides have valid concerns and defensible positions. The outcome will hinge on how they balance educational priorities with long-term fiscal realities—and it will be closely watched across California.

Donte Whitner’s thoughts on Kyle Shanahan and the Brandon Aiyuk situation: “He responded to that question — “Do you expect to get something in return for Brandon Aiyuk?”, he said “We expect to get something in return for 'it'”, like you’re not even a human. You’re like a creature… Brandon Aiyuk quit on the team. I understand why Kyle Shanahan feels the way that he feels. So when I’m sitting back and watching these meetings with the coaches, I’m not reading the letters. I’m looking at the verbiage. I’m looking at what does he actually mean— 'You fucked us over, Brandon, so now we’re gonna fuck you over. We’re going to hold onto your rights for as long as possible to make it damn near impossible to play'. That’s what’s gonna happen. They really don’t care about a 7th round draft pick. It’s about proving you’re not more powerful than the league and that’s what’s gonna happen.” 🎥: @thegritcode | @DonteWhitner
