6/13/23, Ltr to the 3d Circuit: "The Commission has not yet decided what action to take on that petition."
Today: “We can get to crypto later.”
Is there any serious question that a decision was made to deny sensible rules but deliberately withheld from the public?

No doubt coinbase introduced more people to bitcoin than anyone else. And I’m grateful for that.
Putting more of your resources towards your original focus on bitcoin and layer 2 technologies would be amazing and we’d be happy to partner.
We want an open protocol for money transmission for the internet that’s not controlled by a single individual, company, or government.
Same team.

We’re looking into how to best add Lightning. It’s non-trivial, but I think worth doing. I’m all for payments taking off in Bitcoin.
Not sure why you think we’re ignoring Bitcoin - we’ve onboarded more people to Bitcoin than probably any company in the world.
Let’s build it together.

@brian_armstrong Why do you continue to ignore bitcoin and lightning? what "crypto" is a better money transmission protocol and why?

@brian_armstrong Lol bitcoin @jack the only reason the SEC signed off on bitcoin as a non security because they know it’s not a threat to the big banks.

Something missed. The SEC never asked @coinbase @brian_armstrong to delist XRP but they were quick to do it anyway. They specifically asked them to delist everything except Bitcoin(which means Ethereum) but they don't delist Ethereum. What's with that Brian.Eth?

.@secgov told @coinbase to stop trading in all cryptocurrencies, except $BTC, before suing the exchange, according a FT report. By @amitoj. trib.al/jCiTCiX

Robert Kennedy tells @JamesOKeefeIII that the the CIA is biggest funder of journalism in the world. He elaborates on how Obama signed an executive order that made it legal for the CIA to propagandize the American people with deception and names multiple news organizations with deep ties to intelligence agencies.
"(The CIA) is more insidious today because of the technologies of control... They had like 400 journalists in Operation Mockingbird that we know of from all the largest publications. The New York Times was compromised. The high level people at those journals were actually working for the agency or signed secrecy agreements with the CIA. CBS, ABC, NBC...After 75 when it all came out it during the Church Committee hearings..they continued to compromise journalists all over the world. Today, the CIA is the biggest funder of journalism in the world. In 2016, Obama adopted an executive order that essentially reopened the door for Operation Mockingbird so that the CIA began once to propagandise the American people.
Daily Beast was run by John Avalon who has deep ties to the intelligence agencies. Even journals like Smithsonian and National Geographic, Nature, The Washington Post, The New York Times appear to be compromised by the CIA."

A wonderful story of compassion and why #CopsCountPoliceMatter from the @Hapeville_PD.

“Officer Colleran was dispatched to a call wanting a juvenile removed from the area. Officer Colleran made contact with a young man who explained he was in the area because he wanted to do yard work: pulling weeds, cutting grass and trimming hedges to save up for a PlayStation. The young man was polite, respectful and truthful. Officer Colleran, a gamer himself, was impressed with the young man and thought he would help him reach his goal. Officer Colleran and some of his friends were able to not only get this young man the video game system but a gift card to pay for the membership so he could play immediately. Officer Colleran made sure that this young man knew they would play on the same team online soon! #wearehapeville”

The DOJ is now actively committing the crime of obstructing a congressional investigation.
@SpeakerMcCarthy @RepJamesComer
@Jim_Jordan
If Devin Archer isn’t in the witness chair Monday, we better haul every SOB at the DOJ before congress EVERY DAY to make them pay for this.
Lmk - I’ll come back to Washington tomorrow to do this.
Archer is in that chair or Garland is.
Yield me the time and let me ask the questions. I’ll handle it from there.
Miranda Devine@mirandadevine
The DOJ is trying to arrest Devon Archer ahead of his bombshell testimony Monday about Joe Biden’s involvement in his son Hunter’s Ukraine business when he was VP. US attorney in the SDNY Damian Williams issued a menacing letter yesterday - Saturday - telling Judge Abrams to order Archer to go to jail immediately to serve a one year sentence for his fraud conviction.
