The Ninth Circuit Court just reversed their decision granting Apple’s motion to stay the mandate. The Court wrote: “Apple has failed to show good cause to sustain our prior stay order. AirPods Max proved in 2020 that Bluetooth headphones could be "premium." Since then, Apple done little to push them forward. Now there are more expensive, much better-sounding options. Even much cheaper stuff is passing them by. The AirPods Max 2 do nothing to change that.
