I responded with facts to a post from @PaulCalandra . #TDSB Superintendent & The Exec. Superintendent issued me a Code of Conduct warning letter for "disparaging comments". Admin has ignored my concerns & suggestions. Parents , silence is NOT an option! @gregbradyx @AnwarKnight
This experience has left my mom feeling unheard and unseen, and has eroded any confidence she once had in the banking system. There is a profound lack of empathy in the way this situation has been handled. It sends a clear and painful message: that loyalty over a lifetime means little when it comes to how the elderly are treated.

It’s deeply troubling that an 87-year-old woman & her family were misled about beneficiaries being added to her investments. This constitutes a breach of fiduciary duty and abuse of trust. Elderly clients deserve protection—not deceptive practices that exploit their vulnerability
