Still a lot of options for potential storm Monday but most models have nothing too serious, apart from UKMO model which is out on its own with a nasty storm. Best case scenario is some wet and windy weather Monday that clears quickly 🤞

I don’t think i’ve ever experienced poor customer service such as @KaveHome I have used every contact point possible and still no response to my issue.

@KaveHome Hi. Firstly, my package was very delayed. Secondly, it was a pouffe that I ordered and for some reason you sent the pouffe and cover separately? The pouffe got delivered last week and supposedly the cover got delivered yesterday, yet it’s not where it said it was left?

@nextofficial Not the best customer service. Had the wrong product sent to me and I’ve been told you won’t send out a replacement, instead I have to through the whole process of having to return the package and order the product again! Pretty poor when Next made the mistake.

@dpdireland Hi there. I received an email this morning informing me that my parcel would be delivered & I would receive a notification one hour prior it being delivered. I have yet to receive that so just wondering current status? I won’t be at home tomorrow to accept it.

The 17:00 is also yet to arrive. It’s now 17:11!

@askryanair standing outside on the runway for about 20 mins in the freezing cold for flight FR7138 to Lisbon from Dublin. Why tell us we are boarding when the plane isn’t ready for us to board and have us waiting outside?
