@TfL Hi, Twice now I have been charged for incomplete journeys despite definitely tapping in/out. I've tried to claim on the website but it says I dont have any incomplete journeys eligible. One was from last friday and one is from today. Unacceptable that money keeps being taken

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I’m having this issue at the moment! They said on the phone because I’d lodged a complaint I would get one month free and £5 off the remaining months. I had the month free but since there has been no £5 reduction and they just say “we have no record of it”

Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.
