Meaning that this week is my last on the US desk at @NationalDefence. It's been an honor to strengthen our relationship with our closest ally during this unprecedented time. I want to thank all of my 🇺🇸counterparts for working so collaboratively despite recent political noise.

I'm thrilled to announce that I will be joining the Commander of the @RCAF_ARC team as her strategic policy advisor. I am looking forward to advancing RCAF priorities and learning from them with the great work ahead.

It's a wrap for the 242 PJBD. My personal second, which made me eligible to receive its famous coin.
We welcomed 20 US Officials from the DoD. Took a lot of work to get there.
Great conversations on what we've accomplished, and what is to come in the coming years.

Very worried about my little hometown of Churchill Falls, Labrador now that the fire has jumped the Churchill River. CF is home to one of the largest hydroelectric power plants in the world and the skeleton crew that remained behind to keep it operating have now been evacuated.

Had a good old time running the @OttawaRaceWknd Half Marathon last weekend.
The energy was incredible, with over 9000 people in the race!

It was an honour to moderate a roundtable with Ottawa-based African Ambassadors and High Commissioners on the future of the Africa-Canada relationship.
Felt like a career highlight as a young African myself, being among top African leaders in 🇨🇦 and having a seat at the table.
