Mr. Thompson was just cruising through his city casually, pants unzipped, rubbing one out. He called over a 19 year old boy mowing a lawn, who he says is handsome, to try and was way him to assist with pleasure. The young man was able to get some images on his phone, particularly the unzipped pants, and some back and forth aggressive conversation. At first, cops couldnt do anything, but then a judge issued a warrant and they were able to arrest him. He was charged with indecent exposure, which will require him to register as an Offender. I was unable to find additional details pertaining to this, such as actual sentence, location, etc. Maybe retirement homes should start a 70's and over brothel to curb the attack on kids...
